"They sent two men who checked the system very quickly. Even though the system is operating fine, and another company last year said everything was OK, they recommended replacing two parts for a total of about $450. This doesn't make sense since the furnace is working fine and we have a home warranty. Overall this seemed like a heavy marketing call to sell $32 worth of parts at high markup in case they failed. Finally needed a replacement Rheem unit installed from them, The two installers Scott and Tyler were on time, very friendly and knowledgeable in completing the installation. My daughter had to go to Home Depot and purchase a new toilet, without any advice from the plumber on which one to get because he would not return her calls. Home Depot had an installation price of $109 and he charged $250. If we had known he would do that, we would have never gone with him."
