"I had to request bids from about 5 different electrical contractors before I found one that would even bid this job. It was a very difficult install because of the location - an 18' steeply sloped ceiling over a staircase. At least 3 contractors turned me down, a couple said they would bid the job, but never got back to me, and one other did finally give me a bid, but at a significantly higher cost.
RK Electric was the only contractor with the great combination of a can-do attitude, professionalism, and reasonable cost. This was an all day job for two men, because not only did the fan have to be hung in this difficult location, but I requested that a constant power source be run to the fan box so that I could operate the fan independently of the included light fixture. Everyone I encountered at RK Electric was courteous and professional. They got back to me with a bid in a timely fashion, completed the work when they said they would, did exactly what I requested, thoroughly answered all my questions, showed up on time, etc.
The fan installation turned out great. It's perfectly balanced with absolutely no wobble. During the install, the technicians were very considerate of my home (wearing booties). They even worked a bit beyond their normal quitting time in order to get the job done the same day.
I highly recommend this company, and would not hesitate to hire them again.

"Excellent. John set to work right away. He worked very fast and was very knowledgeable. He determined a baseboard heater needed replacement and gave options to choose. He had a very complex task with a porch light the had no power only to find the circuit was dead and found a light fixture that was miswired and had burned the insulation off the wire. He repaired it . finding the problem required getting into the attic crawl space to trace where the wires went. I was grateful he found and fixed it as it was dangerous."

"We had a new gas furnace installed by RothHome. The install was really well done. It was an all day job. Workers were just great and I was able to ask questions about the installation. We had an air conditioner put it at same time the furnace was installed. After using the air conditioner for the summer we had our routine checkup for furnace and air conditioner. The worker that worked on our checkup noticed that the wiring looked like it melted the plastic at the terminal. He went back to the office and alerted the management of what he found. They came right out that day and rewired the condtioner. This company is really on top of things and no charge to fix the problem. I want to say the technician that found the problem was amazing to find this problem before it could have been worse. I need to mention his name as I was so impressed with his knowledge. "Given the fact we have no eye for design nor any reliable contractor recommendations from friends, we consider ourselves very lucky to have found Charles! Going into a major home remodel relatively blindly was a little scary, but we are extremely happy with our finished product and how thorough Charles' work was. He has an eye for detail and takes a lot of pride in both his work and the design aspects. (Essentially, we told him the color palate we liked and allowed him to steer the vision - the results are GORGEOUS! Several friends have told us the improvements are magazine worthy). Charles was always punctual, always efficient, and worked diligently to stay in our budget. "Ethereal Elements provided exceptional, professional and quality work repairing my basement wall leak. Dealing with Q was very easy, he is personable and to the point. Dale, who performed the work knew exactly what he was doing, he was quality oriented from start to finish. The work was completed on 4 October, I held off writing this feedback in hopes we would have a couple of extreme downpours so I could verify the basement would not leak. Q guaranteed the basement would not leak again, or they would come out and fix it. The cost of this job was reasonable and I was able to use the discount coupon. I would hire Ethereal Elements again."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

"Neil came onsite and gave useful input as we decided what work to do, he was also prompt and helpful with producing and fine-tuning the work order.  The crew were Tony and Riley and they got it all done in one day.  The work was performed competently.  The fan motor replacement was a custom job and saved us money because we didn't have to replace the housing or go into the attic.  Also, we have an infant and I greatly appreciated the crew's sensitivity as they were very quiet and didn't wake him up.  Would hire them again.

"Installers were less than professional but competent enough. I provided all 3 fixtures new in the box but they still had to go for parts at least twice. They said they would come back with a switch wall plate to fit the dimmer switch they provided but I never heard from them again.
