"I hired Alex for the job of installing a large 72" recessed fireplace into the wall of my master bedroom. Initially I was going to go with Touchstone Sideline recessed electric fireplace. After calling roughly 5-7 surrounding fireplace businesses and spending over 5 hours on the phone to get continuously rejected for project and timeline, I got in touch with Alex at Queen City Fireplace. He came out the same day to look at the space, and assess the job. He recommended Dimplex fireplace instead, and I'm SO GLAD he did. Within 3 days the final job was done, and the fireplace couldn't be more Spectacular! Alex was punctual, knowledgeable, experienced, and worked diligently to get the job done RIGHT! He was a breathe of fresh air compared to all other companies. I will be using him for all future needs, and would ***Highly recommend for all indoor/ outdoor Fireplace installations. Thank you Queen City Fireplace!"

"Outdoor Artisan did a fantastic job of producing exactly what we were looking for in an outdoor living area. Great communication and great ideas. Could not recommend them enough!"

"I was nervous. I waited until three days before Thanksgiving to reach out and ask for my entire yard to be free of leaves. But they responded immediately on a weekend no less, and penciled me in for the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. On top of all that, I asked if they could trim my bushes on both sides of the house while they were here. The answer was yes, without hesitation. They arrived later than estimated but that’s okay considering I waited until the last minute to hire them. Within about 90 minutes, the bushes where neatly trimmed, the lawn and beds were completely leaf free, and they removed all of it, no bagging necessary. I’m grateful for the good work and I’ll be using Carolina Under Pressure for all of my outdoor service needs."

"Bill and his team are top notch to say the least. We had a huge backyard project that I needed help rescuing because of some bad experiences with other contractors. Bill came in and listened to what we needed, the budget we were after, and best of all, showed up and did the work in a punctual fashion. He did a large landscaping project including a pond/waterfall that is unbelievable. He did a great job of designing things but also listening to what we wanted out of the project. He even came back on his own account and improved some things about the pond that he didn't think were up to his standards. I've never had a contractor come back and do something that he himself discovered to improve it without me even pointing it out. When he says he does it right, he means it and the work is of the highest quality. It may take some time for him to get to your project, but he is worth the wait. Plan ahead and use Outdoor Contracting if you want the work to last and to be done the right way. I wouldn't have anything else done in my outdoor space by anyone else."

"Excellent Job by Ramos lawn services I would definitely recommend them for anyone that needs Landscaping done they do a spectacular job!"

"James and his crew are so great! They are very quick to respond to questions and did a great job helping us figure out a better drainage system. James even made sure that they started a finished the project before a major rain system happened! Very fair pricing and just a great experience all around! Looking forward to using them again soon!"

"Every aspect of this project with Robco was professional. I did a fair amount of research before even contacting fencing companies for an estimate, so Robco passed those background checks (Angie's List Better Business Bureau, Google, Nextdoor) with flying colors.Their estimator was timely, thorough and more straightforward (regarding permits, especially) than the other two estimates we received. Their price was competitive. The communication through their Web site/Buildertrend was great. They secured our permit for us.The crew showed up on time and did a great job on the fence. They were courteous and cleaned up perfectly. There was good follow-up and our fence was approved by the city with no issues. Easy payment through the Web site. I wish all of my projects were handled this professionally. I can highly recommend Robco without any hesitation."
