"Simons Construction and Drains, LLC, plumbers came back on Monday and finished the job. They showed up when they said they would and were very neat in their work (for men). This was a job that took 3 days and they were considerate to be sure we had water over the weekend. I would recommend them to others. Thank you for finding them for me."

"Roth was subcontracted by our generator installer (Parkin Electric) to do the final hookup of the gas line to the generator.  We had previously worked with another plumbing company to get the gas line extended from the meter to the generator site but their schedule was pretty booked so we went with Parkin's choice to get everything wrapped up.  The connection was about 10 inches of hose and took them less than 30 minutes.  Our normal plumber goes by the typical $120/hr rate so I am guessing the final bill included travel fees or some service fees...because I am pretty sure the hose is not made out of some rare metal or exotic material."

"The original diagnosis appeared to be correct the immediate issues and the furnace worked normally for a couple weeks. It began to have the same problem, but the original diagnosed cause (condensation collecting and not being cleared by the sump pump) is no longer an issue.  The technician that came out the first time was very prompt, clear and had a no BS demeanor. I was very appreciative of that.

I contacted Aire Serv and told them i had the same issue as before and they said they would send someone out for the fee of a call out, $89.95.  Which is what I had previously purchased on the Big Deal for $29.95 in which the technician said it would be better for them to return once I rerouted the condensate line.  I mentioned this to Kendra the office person and she said they had already fulfilled the service on the Big Deal, but the terms would be the same in the sense the $89.95 would be absorbed into the repair, if they were to repair the furnace.  I told her the fault code was three flashing red lights which indicates the Pressure switch is stuck in the open position.  and asked for the switch to be replaced.  When the technicians came out they didn't bring a pressure switch instead they went through a complete diagnostic and couldn't find any issues, since the furnace was operating properly when they arrived.  The furnace responded 'normally" and the problem could not be recreated, they did spend about 45 minutes doing their checks on the system.  $118.90 invested and still no "action" towards a remedy.  After they left and throughout the next day (Saturday) the furnace would not start on its own.  I checked the fault code, it remained three red flahes.  I called and left a voice mail on Saturday evening for them to purchase a new pressure switch and schedule the replacement.  When I received the call back on Monday Kendra was reluctant to have a replacement switch purchased without another visit.  I assured her the switch was the issue, but she wanted another service call to confirm, when I told her I had already spent $118.90 and several days without heat and I wanted the furnace fixed, she connected me with an internal technician that said these intermittent issues are difficult to diagnose and fix.  I agreed, but told him I'm sure it was the switch, he agreed to order the switch and replace it.  They did for a final fee of $146.20, complete bill $265.10 for a pressure switch replacement and some advice on the condensate drain setup.  I've had the pressure switch replaced (4) previous times over the past (7) years, each time for the cost of $89.95.  I'm not sure the system check and advice was worth the additional $175.10.   To be fair, Kendra quoted me a pressure switch replacement price of $340.00  WOW! and after I expressed my displeasure with the whole issue she said she would be able to provide the repair for $200 off, since I have had them out twice already.    The technicians were all very cordial and punctual and I understand the difficulty in diagnosing intermittent issues, but The same fault code was flashing each time and I disagree with needing to pay the $89.90 for the second check, since I hadn't really received anything for my Big deal purchase and the same fault was indicated from the beginning."

"On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."

FAQs for drain line breakage camera locate projects in Corvallis, OR

French drain repairs generally include cleaning to remove clogs or replacing damaged pipes. Drain cleaning costs between $150 and $200 per hour. If replacement is necessary, the cost to install a French drain can run up to $5,000, depending on its type and location.

Trenchless sewer replacement costs between $60 and $250 per foot but is usually not an option for interior plumbing lines. Plumbers typically only use this approach for outside sewer pipes.

Unless you can see a clog through a drain or cracked pipe under a sink, you may be unable to identify its location. To find the problem, your plumber may test your water pressure at specific points or use a sewer camera.

Common signs that a drain pipe requires repair include slowly draining water, backups, regular clogs, strange gurgling sounds, or foul odors from the drain. Also, contact a plumber if you can see rust or oxidation on a drain pipe under the sink or in the basement.

The cost to repair a sink drain pipe can be as low as $100, covering the cost of a plumber’s labor for one to two hours. If the pipe needs to be replaced or is difficult to access, costs could climb up to $500.
