"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. "Had Tim out and his guys to replace and move my system. Moved all my duct work from under the house to above the house I hated having the vent on the floor! Also moved my system from a closet in my kitchen to the attic which gave me more space to expand my pantry! The guys were all polite and would clean everything after their work day! They did a great job with all the work! Would definitely recommend Tim and his team!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Alan was the installer that I dealt with in replacing a dead air-conditioner that was 16 yrs. old. He did a great job . . . very professional and would recommend him to anyone else with heating or air conditioning issues. It's been over 3 months since the installation and so far have not had any issues. I think the reason that Sears gets a thumbs-up in this is because they out-source this service. I've had issues with Sears in the past . . . but it seems when they are not directly involved in the product . . . they do do a great job of finding someone who does a great job."
