"I contacted Opach's around noon and my call was returned within a few minutes.  Oscar informed me that although it was a very busy day, he would come out between 3:30 and 5:30PM.  To my pleasant surprise, Oscar contacted me around 2:00PM and let me know he would arrive about 2:15.  Wow, now that is service!  Oscar perfromed a very thorough check of my heating system and it was clear from the start that he was sincerely interested in diagnosing the root cause as to why our furnace was not working.  After a thorough inspection, the culprit turned out to be a faulty thermostat.  What impressed me most was that Oscar shared his expertise around the various options for replacement, including recommendations if I wanted to replace the thermostat on my own.  In stark contrast to other providers I have used in the past, Oscar was very knowledable and it was clear he was much more interested in gaining a long term customer as opposed to simply making a quick dollar.  After considering my options, I chose to have Oscar replace the thermostat becuase the product Opach's installs is clearly superior and it also provided me with the peace of mind of a 5 year warranty.  Oscar also took the time to share some additional recommendations that I could perform on my own to maintain the performance of our heating/colling system.  If you want repsonsive, professional, and courteous service at a fair price, I would highly recomend Opach's!  I will defintiely be using their services in the future!!

"Very professional and diligent. They cleaned the dryer vent and replaced the pipe. Now, my dryer is running better than when it was new. While they were in my home, I mentioned I was having a problem with my stove hood fan rattling which was not a part of the original deal with the dryer vent cleaning. They spent a lengthy period of time removing some of the kitchen cabinetry to get to the fan itself which had originally been installed incorrectly when the kitchen was remodeled by another contractor. They persevered, even though it was time-consuming, and now my stove over-hood fan works beautifully. I could not be happier! I live in a small, gated community. The homeowners are always seeking professionals to do various tasks. We stay in touch with each other as to who is a good hire and who not to hire. I will certainly recommend Exterior Metals as a company with a good work ethic. I am hoping to have them back in the near future to clean my home's air ducts. After that service is completed, I will write another review.

"Service was excellent. I was moving into a new home and the ducts had not been cleaned in a very long time, if ever. Jesse was prompt, professional, and explained the problems he found and how he was going to fix them. Service ended up being a bit more expensive than I expected due to mold being in the system, which I was shown clear evidence of in pictures and on my own vents. "We've got American Home Shield. So that kinda varies but united air temp has done some work for us. Probably a couple years ago, I think so. I think its two years ago. They did work on our air conditioning. Well you know with American Home Shield you only pay $75.00. You sign up for a year , its like something you subscribe to.  You call and contact American Home Shield and they have somebody contact you whose in line with their services and agrees to work with them. You pay $75.00 and if its not done correctly for each visit but if they come back twice you don't pay again. Its like 400 and something a year. Its fabulous, its fabulous. If you need plumbing , H VAC, lighting, its amazing. Its worth every dime. And if they can't fix it they replace it at no charge unless you want to upgrade There are some different companies but even when we refinanced our house they had us, no we bought another house in Winchester for our son. And they made us have it in with our policy and they use American Home shield. its fabulous and you don't have to do the searching or anything, If you aren't happy you just tell American Home shield. One time United Air Temp tried to talk us into , they did some plumbing work too, and they were going try to talk us into replacing it with a cheap model. That isn't American Home Shield policy its with the same thing or you can pay to upgrade. Pay the balance of an upgrade. We use it all the time. When my son has issues with his house I tell him just call American Home Shield. They guarantee they will be out within 72 hrs but its usually within 24 hours. We contacted them last week about my son's air conditioning. They came out right away, they had to order something. They had to come back out and they did last Wednesday and they fixed it."
