Jeremy Williams took my call and after I explained that I needed to replace my 18 year old water heater, he asked what time of the day would be best to come out and take care of my replacement. He explained that he liked to provide same day service and any hours I would be available would work for him. Their recommendation of equipment were no brainers.  The value offered by their top of the line water treatment equipment exceeded what was available through competitors.  Honestly, our job went out for bid.  Timmons offered, best prices, guaranteed performance, best warrantees, and unmatched professionalism in design and installation within our mechanical room.  If we do another building project or need water conditioning expertise for any of our properties in the Indianpolis area, Timmons gets the call.  I won't even bother with competitive bids.  These guys are conscientious, honest, fairly priced, and though I haven't gotten to know them personally very well, consider them a vital partner in the success of building our new home/offices.

"I arranged for the heater to be checked on Wednesday the 4th.  Before the service call Andrew called and was able to save to time and effort from looking at cell phone photos of the problem.   The plumber who perfromed the installation arrived on schedule with the new water heater.  Installation was quick and the job was completed in about 2 hours time.  Hot water was restored and my wife was very happy.   Service was very quick and the price was quite reasonable.   I was very happy that the job could be done well and at such a good price.

"We are on a service agreement with them. We are not the original owners of our home. We purchased the home in October of 2013. In March of that year, the previous owner installed an entirely new HVAC system, about $20,000 worth. There are 2 heat pumps and 2 furnaces. It's a hybrid system, so it will either run on electric or gas, depending on exterior temperatures. RT Moore was the installer. While we were not required to go with them on servicing, they are familiar with the system. They are the installers and it's a Carrier brand. So we are inclined to go forward with them and we are on a service agreement. We've had them since we moved here almost 3 years to the day. 



Our agreement is they do a twice a year inspection and cleaning and everything. In the fall it focuses on the heating. Then we'll have them in May. I haven't scheduled the service yet but usually within a week or so of the call, they'll be here. That one will focus on the cooling. 



We've been very pleased with their punctuality, professionalism and the quality of the work."

"Our heating unit stopped working the first evening of continued sub-zero temps this past February. It was a Friday evening and we called two companies, one of which wasn't available, and the other which came and gave a diagnosis. The diagnosis was to replace both the inside and outside units, costing well over $12,000, and we were left to have someone call us on Monday to order parts and to (hopefully) have repaired on Tuesday. This would have left our family with 5 young children in a home with zero heat and sub-zero temps over a 4-day period. A friend of ours heard our situation and suggested we reach out to Integrated Mechanical. We called late Friday, they came out first thing Saturday morning, suggested we start by replacing one part of the inside heat unit first, drove to Fisher's to retrieve the part, replaced it, and by lunch Saturday we had warm air heating our home. The unit is still working great a month later. I was impressed with the professionalism, honest work, and genuine care Integrated Mechanical gave our family and cannot recommend them enough."

"The master plumber and owner of the company, Chris, was the one who came out. His job was to reset the toilets and hook up the water line and draining system once the sink was installed. The previous company I had out, Bedell plumbing, had repaired a copper pipe incorrectly and used a shortcut to make a quick fix. Instead of sautering it, he installed a cufflink, like a bandage. I didn't realize this at the time. Chris showed up 8:30-9 pm, on his own time, to my house and told me that the other company had messed up and it was eating him up. He came in and brought his own material, reaplced the copper pipe, sautered the pipe, giving me a permanent fix. He is extremely honest. He didn't even ask for money for the project. He said that it was the right thing to do. I was really moved by his kindness and how he looked out for my mother. It wasn't even part of the insurance claim and he donated his time and materials for this fix. I was also looking for a way to remove the copper piping corrosion, and he gifted me a box of Sand Cloth, which took care of it. He used only premium products. I can really trust this company. His wife, Cindy, told me that they don't own the company, God owns the company. We would never have known about this company with the contractor. I'm so thankful that we had him. The contractor is the one who knows all the good companies. The company works late, as well, which is convenient for homeowners, so that they don't have to make a trip home for the plumber.
