"The service went fine. I paid an additional fee to have the toilet replaced. There was a crack in the toilet. Two technicians came out for the job. They did a fantastic job. They were very nice and punctual. We have had no issues with the toilet since the service. I had no problem contacting the company or scheduling the service.
