"Gave me tips for getting extended life out of my water heater."

"Completed a water heater replacement next day for less than half the price another company quoted me for. Couldn't be happier"

"Dustin did a professionl job cleaning up our kitchen after a major leak: installing new pipes and cutoff valves and new faucet. He also installed a new hot water heater and battery for our sump pump."

"Very expensive service... I was charged 210 dollars for 5-minute reprogramming of my new ecobee4 thermostat. I requested a technician to come to check my Air conditioner as my electric bill was higher compared to the last year.. he found nothing wrong with the system. I suggested to him that it might be the newly installed ecobee4 thermostat. He checked the wiring was good. He found out that it's set up to auxiliary heat as primary and reprogrammed it and charged me 210 dollars without letting me know it will be that expensive prior to the reprogramming... Imagine, 5-minute setup of the thermostat and they charge you 210 dollars.. I will never recommend them to anyone"

"Our HVAC system was 24 years old when Steve assessed our needs and listened to what we were looking for in a new HVAC system. His recommendations, costs, warranty, and commitment for any follow up services, were exactly what we were looking for! We spoke with several satisfied customers and were absolutely convinced to go with Tri State Mechanical Consultants and Steve! Steve was very patient with me as I asked dozens of questions while he installed our new systems. To this day, Steve will call to see if I have any questions or issues. I highly recommend this company and Steve!"

"Excellent. Very nice and courteous people. They waited 20 minutes for the glue to dry before carefully turning the water back on and checking their work. That showed me the were willing to make sure the job was done right and not just run out of my house to go to the next job"

"Awesome service and great guy who came but I looked up the hot water heater I had replaced and it was the cheapest one at Lowes, so I paid 500 in labor for two hours of work so it was good work but I feel the price was outrageous it is about 250 an hour for labor."

"The good: water line replaced using camera, so the front yard did not have to be disturbed (just a small mound of dirt at the curb); workers were polite and professional; price was in line with others The bad: not the neatest (left behind trash and a lot of dust and debris in basement that I had to clean up); a little hard to schedule (I was originally told one date, then I was told a different, later date and then they ended up showing up on the original date)"
