"Everything went ok as far as I could tell, but yesterday a plumber told me the gas line was not large enough and that is why the water heater is not working properly."

"The cost to replace three natural gas wall heater was slightly less than Gree mini-splits heater cooler. The installers were courteous and professional. Delayed several days as the equipment haven’t arrived yet. Job cost as agreed, but took half day longer due to the complexity of installation. Results are excellent. The mini-split units works as specified. Will use Albert Nahman heating plumbing again in the future."

"Harry was very responsive, reaching out right away and scheduling the same weekend. He showed up prepared for the project, and completed it in the agreed upon time. I would use him again if i had another gas piping project."

"I didn't watch the technician closely., I didn't want to be in the way. .The technician was determining if the water heater was causing the particle deposits in my water pipes. It was determined the water heater was not the problem."

"Johnny rocks! He repiped my entire 82 year old house in Richmond. He had a crew of 4 plumbers on Saturday and 3 on Sunday. Finished this massive job in 2 days! "A PGE serviceman "determined" that my earthquake gas shutoff valve was faulty and that I needed to have a plumber replace said valve. Steve came out and gave me a free estimate. Other companies wanted up to $100, just for an estimate. Stee explained exactly what needed to be one and gave a quote. I had other estimates- one was six times his quote! He was the least expensive but seemed the most knowledgeable. When i called back to ask him to do the job, he was able to come that day, took less than one half hour to complete the work, and then discovered that there was actually no gas flow through the meter. Calling PGE back, a second PGE service man came out and explained that the new regulator installed by the first one is a new model which has a shut off switch which must be reset any time the gas is shut off. This PGE person complimented the plumber (Steve) who had done the installation. I will call Pipe Down plumbing any time in the future that I need a plumber, and recommend him highly to anyone."
