"Last year (08/2016) I had the upper half of my chimney redone and coating. Nick's price was similar to the other quotes I had, but they guaranteed their work for 15 years. When they finished I had the best looking chimney on the block. They blended in the new bricks, replaced the cement crown and the correct cap. 2015 I had ice coving my cap, this past winter no ice at all. In June 2017, I notice a couple of bricks peeling (spalling), so I called Nick. He arranged someone to come out and take a look. Besides a couple of spalling bricks they notice the crown needed a little reinforcement. They scheduled me for an appointment the following week. I was going out of town, but they said no problem. I got back from my trip and saw my picture perfect chimney. Just like before, they cleaned up so well that it looked as though no one was there. "Contractor response was professional and great. Phone calls were returned, appointments promptly scheduled, showed up on time, explained estimates, removed all debris and cleaned up work area. In addition after starting the repair job the contractor uncovered some hidden damage not included in his repair estimate. Repairing the uncovered damage required travel time to pick up additional materials and additional repair time. When all was said and done we were only charged for the cost of the additional materials, the contractors time was on the house! Now that's what I call SERVICE!"
