"My water heater sprung a leak the same morning I was going to a make arrangements for my son s funeral. Mr. Butler came out, repaired the leak in 15 minutes. I asked what I owed. I was on the phone with my sister, he asked if I could put the call on hold for a moment and asked if he could say a prayer with me. It was so moving and under the circumstances, exactly what I needed. Again, I asked what was owed, and he replied this was the appointment that was needed this morning. He did not have to do that, but I am forever grateful. Definitely someone I will use again...and have no issue paying."
