"I have done business with Air Masters both for my home and my office for a number of years now, so getting good service had become such a routine event that, quite frankly, I had begun to take it for granted. However, I had a recent service experience that was so exemplary, I thought it warranted a public “pat on the back”. During a recent rainy evening at around 6:00 pm, the air conditioner at my home suddenly stopped working. Between the late hour and the miserable weather, I didn't have much hope that this would be fixed anytime soon. However, with the stifling heat, I thought I would give it a try. The response I got from this company should be studied as a model for service by any organization. On making the call I got a recording that promised a return phone call within 15 minutes. Within 15 minutes a woman from the company returned my call and promised to immediately dispatch one of their technicians to our home that night. A few minutes later she was thoughtful enough to call me back to apologize for the fact that he was still in Tampa on a job and might not arrive until 8:00. In any case, Scott arrived around 7 and by ~7:30 despite the miserable weather he had diagnosed and corrected the problem. As a result, what would have been a miserable night in this heat and humidity, was a much appreciated, comfortable night’s rest. As I said earlier, the biggest problem with this company and their service is that it is so consistently competent, it gets taken for granted and not often enough given the accolades it deserves."

"The service went great. Darren showed up right on time and went straight to work. He explained the entire process to me and let me watch along side him. Unfortunately the dryer vent was very clogged. The last part of the service includes going on the roof and cleaning out the vent cap. This includes a video with audio illustrating the vent being completely freed of debris. The dryer is now in great working order again. Would definitely recommend Fresh Air Services."

"Fantastic! I’ve used this company many times for A/C repair and maintenance and have always been pleased with their work. This was my first time having them do electrical work and am very happy with the results. Office staff were very pleasant when scheduling the appointment and I received an email reminder the day before as well as an email when the technician was en route. Pete, the electrician who did the work, was terrific. He arrived when expected, got right to work, and knew his stuff. He was very neat and took pains to make sure that the new box for the ceiling fan was properly centered in the kitchen. He also relocated the garbage disposal switch to a more convenient spot in the cabinet under the sink and changed which outlet in a bedroom was controlled by a wall switch. All this, including cleanup, was completed in just under three hours. I would definitely use this company again for electrical work as well as A/C service."
