"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"Craig was great. I was adding a shower to a half bath while finishing an unfinished attic bonus room. During his estimate, he identified a constraint that no one else noticed which changed the location of the shower. I hate to think of the problems that I would have encountered later on after the framing was completed. It would have had to be redone. The rough in for the additional shower was done in a very timely manner. Very professional. They showed up on time...Explained what they were doing and why. Cleaned up afterward. Will definitely call him to install the bathroom fixtures when ready and will recommend him highly."
