"I hired Best Air Quality and Restoration to clean my dryer vent. I was very pleased with their level of professionalism. All my questions were answered without hesitation. The price was fair and affordable. Dennis, the technician notified me of his expected arrival time. He was very nice and pleasant. Dennis explained what the job entailed and completed the job within an hour. There was no excess lint or debris in my home to clean. I would recommend Best Air Quality and Restoration to others to experience for themselves. I intend to use other Best Air Quality and Restoration services again in the near future."

"The remediation and technicians were excellent! They explained what they were going to do, covered and taped damaged location including vents, etc. Removal of the damaged areas and replaced with mold resistant drywall. I am very pleased and my health has stabilized some because of their great work."

"My house was destroyed in fire and Mike was on site the night of fire and secured the building the next day. They got whatever was salvageable. Their truck came in the next day with our items, clothes dry cleaned and all! They always called or texted back immediately, their customer service was wonderful. When the house was finished they let me pick out everything and did exactly what I wanted. I even let them do a black splash on their own which I love now. They rewired the house, new doors and everything. They totally increased property value about 75 thousand dollars for our house. They are amazing people who do is all!"

"The crew D&H sent out was great! Always on time, respectful of the property and courteous to us. We were always kept in the loop for all work performed. House was always neat whenever they left. Good communication and great service! - A. Stewart"

"We were restoring a rental property after a tenant move-out and contacted Unbelievable American Restoration Services for air duct cleaning and tobacco odor removal.  This was our first time using this company and we were very impressed.  Their service was very professional, timely, and a great value for the services rendered.  They arrived on time, advised us on what services they were going to perform, and explained the process.  They were very efficient, very knowledgeable, and did an awesome job!  The customer service was great and they do aim to please!  We do value a professional service and have definite plans to use Unbelievable American Restoration Services in the future, and highly recommend them to others seeking home restoration services.

"I dealt directly with Mr. Kurt Randall. What a class act. He and his call center/staff are just amazing people and understand the definition of GOOD customer service and complimented that with solid work. He expedited the whole process which helped reduce the stress from an already very stressful environment. Very professional, informative, and prices were fair but I didn't feel ripped of given the urgency and the excellent service and work delivered."

"I am moving into a home that the previous tenants smoked inside for 6 plus years. Just imagine the filth! I contacted Flood and Fire Response and they came out the next morning to give me an estimate. I called them that evening once I got the approval front the home owner and they changed everything around to get out to the home the following morning. I woke up to INCHES of snow and so worried they may cancel. Not only did they not cancel but they showed up on time and did AN AMAZING JOB! I was going to cancel the lease but now, I am happy to say that thanks to Flood and Fire Response I can move in tomorrow!"

"They suggested that our contractor remove additional part of drywall and floor boards but determined that PuroClean's services were not required for remediation.

"Bill was very responsive and did a very thorough assessment of the water damage. He provided a detailed estimate for the work at a fair price. My homebuilder agreed to repair the damage and I didn’t need to hire Flood Crew LLC. I would hire Flood Crew LLC in the future if needed."

"911 Restoration was a joy to work with.
I had a leak in my kitchen due to a roof problem. 911 came over within a couple days of me calling. They were very professional and quick to assess the damage and determine a solution. I was given a quote the next day, which was very reasonable. For 2000.00, they patched and tarred the roof, they broke down and replaced drywall. They also offered to paint the other kitchen walls to ensure they were all the same color. I was elated to know my kitchen would look much better after the water damage. The team showed up on time and completed the work diligently. The work was done in one weekend. The water damage was gone and my kitchen looked so much better than I had envisioned. I am so grateful I found 911.
5 months later, there is no more water leaking in my kitchen. The roof repair was a success.
I will definitely be using 911 Restoration in the future for other repairs and upgrades.
