"I heard about primary solutions consulting /Mr. Wayne through a recommendation by my coworker. Mr Wayne is very knowledgeable and very informative. He guided me through my decision making on what to buy very diligently because I don't know anything about water softening and reverse osmosis. The installation was very smooth. Jace did a great job showing me and explaining everything I needed to know. He made sure it was a clean installation and even swept our floor. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with this company. I showered that night and what a big difference. Softer skin feeling and greater hair feel. Keep up the good work guys. Your work ethic is topnotch and second to none. How i wish more companies have the same approach in doing business with their clients. Thanks again for everything God Bless. Highly recommend this if ur in the market for anything water treatment. -juan"

"The process from start to finish went very well. I knew I wanted a whole house water softener and carbon filter. For me, I needed to find a company that would do a competent install, with a quality product and would stand behind their work for years to come. I looked at a couple other highly regarded companies (from Angies List) that would do a good job installing my home water system, but they did not offer the value that Aqua Systems does, in my opinion. Richard and his team, Tim, Chester and Isaac are seasoned and professional. The email system, no sales person approach allowed me to shop around and gather info without pressure. When I called with questions either Richard or Tim were there to pick up the phone. Chester and Isaac did a professional, clean, competent installation. The to/from main water softener lines were buried and any exposed lines that went to the system valve were insulated. Once installed, I checked the water pressure by turning on multiple showers and faucet. No pressure loss. It is only a few days installed but we can smell and feel the difference in our water. I had an incident with the kitchen faucet that I believed was unrelated to the install, but I mentioned it to Richard. He had Chester and Isaac come back later in the day to take a look anyway. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. Chester was able to improve the flow, but the only way to fix the problem is to rebuild the faucet or replace it. The quality install, long warranty, great price and a quality product that is made in the USA from a company, AquaSystems, that has been around a long time offers a fantastic value for those looking for a new home water softener and in my case a home carbon filter too."

"We are extremely proud to be the home owners with a great new soft water system. Our new home was showing signs of hard water after only 4 months. AND it was painless. Crystal was knowledgeable about JCR systems, she answered all of our questions and set us up for install a few days later. Installation from electrical to plumbing was of the utmost professional level. Thank you JCR!"

"I originally called Nick's Plumbing to fix a kitchen faucet that I could not fix myself. David had it repaired in about 5 minutes. I was embarrassed that I couldn't figure it out myself. I figured that while he was there, I'd ask some questions about our hot water supply. He checked our water heater to find it was 12 years old. It had never been serviced. The 12 years of sediment build up explained poor hot water supply. I asked about replacing with another tank and the cost for a tankless system. It was about 2½ times more expensive to put in a tankless system. The 40 gallon water heater was in our attic. The thought of a leak in tank, and the possibility of 40 gallons drenching the house - and the continued water supply trying to fill the leaking tank - was the 1st thought that came to mind. I'm looking towards retirement soon with no regular paycheck to replace a water heater. I asked myself "if I'm going to replace a water heater in the next 2 to 5 years, isn't NOW the time to do it?" We are planning to retire in our current home. The tankless system seemed to make sense for us now and into the next 10 to 20 years. I plan to have THIS hot water system regularly serviced so that we get more than 12 years use out of it. David and Jorge got all the parts and materials to replace the old water heater with the new tankless system. This included replacing the roof vent - tankless requires something different than a tank. I was home when they initially arrived and when we negotiated the replacement. I had to leave for work but my wife was there while they worked. She said they departed about 4 pm so it was an all - day job. Nobody replaces their water heater on a whim. Something bad has to happen - like a leak or no hot water. I got lucky. I replaced my hot water heater by talking to an experienced plumber about annoying issues. I got it replaced before something bad happening. Thanks David, Jorge, and the folks at Nick's."

"Very professional experience with their team. Got my system installed 6 months ago and everything has been working perfectly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a water system at home."

"Folks, these guys will rip you off and I am experienced firsthand. For example, while the kinetico washable sediment filter was just $35 from another company, InfinitWater got it at $80+. After one year of installation, it will cost you $175 every time you called them for a service. Dont do it folks, go with a generic or more popular water softener system or otherwise, go with another company instead of these InfinityWater people."

"Klaro Water Systems did an amazing job installing a new Puronics whole home water filtration and softener for my home. They were thorough and professional. The thing I appreciated the most was the time they took to really listen to my concerns about our water quality and provide the right solution for our home. A+++"

"Installed two new water heaters. Service was prompt, courteous, and the work was top-notch. Jon is the ultimate professional. Would highly recommend!"

"I called a technician to my home to provide an estimate for replacing two 20 year old water heaters that had begun to leak in my garage. JD Precision's estimate beat a competitor's estimate, and the JD technician appeared to be more courteous and professional, so I decided to move forward with the work through JD. To my surprise, the technician said he could begin the work immediately. He replaced both water heaters, drip pans, connections and valves, and repaired one of the drain lines. He had to make 2 trips for parts, but worked tirelessly until 8pm to finish the job. It looked great when finished."

"They did a really good job educating me about what was in my water and the impacts it could have on our health and our pipes. They showed me how common contaminants like chlorine, heavy metals, and hard minerals can affect everything from skin irritation to appliance damage. They also explained how buildup in the pipes and fixtures can shorten the lifespan of plumbing systems, and how drinking and bathing in untreated water could pose long-term health risks. I appreciated how clearly they broke everything down, and it made me realize how important it is to know what’s actually coming out of our taps. Thanks to Christian and Anis"
