"A poorly installed shower pan in our rental home caused a leaking pipe behind the wall. This led to extensive wet wood mold and black mold growth behind the tile and on the drywall. Our rental company hired a different local mold remediation company to handle the remediation of all affected areas. After doing some research on what a mold remediation should look like we became very aware that that was not what occurred during our remediation. When we explained what had happened during our remediation to Mold Services Unlimited they confirmed our suspicion that our remediation had not been done properly.
