"I am still waiting for the return of my deposit as it has been a week since I put this review on hold after putting in the notice that day 24 June of cancellation by email and next day mail. As I have said before I am a disabled Vet, Senior citizen with health problems. I have copies of the emails that I sent on the days of 06/24/2023 and by next day Mail on the 27th notarized copies of the cancellation. Tried calling but went to voice mail. No work has been done so a rating cannot be done on the work, only the price. This job was way overpriced and never got the chance to compare. The salesman was a good person but I have my family doing it for thousands less."

"TSC contracting met or exceeded our expectations in nearly all categories. Professional and fair proposal with appropriate detail, followed by predictable and high quality results. In our beach condo, the team did a complete remodel of our kitchen, living, dining and laundry area.Throughout the process, Ellen communicated with us daily about what was being completed and sent pictures to show us the progress of the work being done. If I had any questions or concerns about what was being done, I received an answer immediately. Tim had many suggestions and ideas to help our beach condo become the dream and vision we had a reality. Multiple times Ellen and Tim shared with us that they will do anything they can to make our place exactly the way we want it. I've learned techniques from some excellent teachers over the years! Applying this knowledge, along with my own ingenuity provides some of the absolute best, quality workmanship the home improvement industry has to offer for today's customers. I've been in subcontracting for most of my life and have decided to bring my business towards the general contracting community to furthermore provide better pricing to fit today's homeowners.

I had to get a sliding door replaced and also an interior wall removed and they were able to do complete both jobs and both came out exactly how I envisioned it. It started with Bryan and Mark at the intial project planning where they were able to explain to me the differences in style of sliding doors and walk me through exactly different budgeting aspects of the project all the way to when the project was getting executed with Jordan (Project Manager) and all of the subcontracts they had to come help, plumper, electrician, and drywall. They were extremely helpful, responsive and took care of everything. I could not be happier with project went or how it turned out."
