They explained all steps they needed to bring my old system up to code. They stayed in contact with me almost daily and took pictures when I was unavailable to be home and see their progress! They even leveled my sloping backyard to make it more aesthetically pleasing and replanted all the grassy areas. After comparing many companies costs, and type of system I'd need for this service, i am very pleased with the quote LED presented to me, the work time to complete the job, and the final results! "The plumber said my backed up pipes were from the septic system needing to be cleaned. Called Max Haas Company and they were able to get someone out the same day. They dug down to the tank top and cleaned the tank. Unfortunately, that didn't solve my plumbing problem but their service was excellent. Would definitely use them again.

"Mr. Gregory arrived within 90 minutes of my call for service. He was professional and quick to find the clog in our system. He had to leave to get more equipment, but returned and was able to fix our problem with ease. I was somewhat nervous about what our charges would be fir this service call, but to my delight Gregory's Plumbing rates are very reasonable and our bill was less than I had expected!!! We have had other plumbers do work for us in the past, but from now on I will only be using Gregory's Plumbing Service!"

"The technician arrived at his appointment time, and performed diagnostics. He quickly determined the reason for the system not working, and has gotten authorization from Choice Home Warranty for the repairs, and an appointment has been set up for those repairs to be completed as soon as parts arrive. Mr. Hutchison was very professional, and assessed the repairs need in a short time. I would highly recommend him, and will definatly use his services again."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Had the service line from our house to the septic (under the driveway) replaced as it had pulled away from the tank (which we later found was due to the original installer not doing it right). They removed the concrete, replaced the service line and replaced the concrete after. They came out quick for a quote, used a camera to inspect the line (which was nearly half of the cost of all other quotes to run a camera) and found the damaged pipe. Was put on their schedule quick (luckily they had an opening so soon) and they performed quality work. Communication was great from start to end. I can't say enough good things about this company. A+ Service"
