"It all went according to plan.  Appointment was made and provider showed up on the schedule day and time.  Services were promptly and efficiently completed.  Tips were given by the technician to maximize the use/live of the unit"

"The blower on the furnace stopped working.  The technician showed up on time, wore surgical booties over his shoes (to prevent tracking dirt into the house), and successfully diagnosed and replaced the bad capacitor.  I asked him why the unit was turning on and off frequently and after some further inspection he explained it was because there was not sufficient return air coming to the unit causing the furnace to over heat (due to low air flow), turns off, cools down, then turns back on again repeating the cycle.  He recommended a couple simple solutions that I could do myself (if I felt comfortable).  Nice guy - friendly, professional, knowledgable, and didn't try to gouge me for every penny.
