The weather damage required a new man-door frame installation and the double garage door needed dry rot removal and mold removal, including siding replacement. The resulting repairs are exceptional and we are impressed. We have hired the same business to replace a dry-rotted fence and build a new gate, all done well!"

"We went all season last year with one whole line in our system broken.  I wasn't going to go through another season with it still not working.  I called Gabriel's on a Friday in the late afternoon.  Efron came out to give an estimate on Saturday.  The repair was done on Monday.  I was aware of a broken valve and one broken sprinkler head in one line.  In the process of the repair Efron found another broken sprinkler head in a separate line in the system.  He fixed all three problems in the same visit.  He did a great job.  The system works like a charm.  Great guy to work with.  He's very helpful, very friendly."

Ybarra quickly sent Ryan who started working out a construction plan .Levi than became my project manager and fined tuned the plan to meet my needs and budget. Questions or concerns were quickly addressed by Levi with a call back or text. Once all needed materials were acquired Todd and Julio finished the new beautifully tiled shower,flooring and other upgrades in three days. Levi or Robert came each day to check the progress. Today I signed off on my very safe attractive bathroom. Working with Levi and other crew members was always very positive and respectful. "Dan and Scott were competitive from the start and pretty easy to work with. The project was made easier by providing them a fairly detailed scope of work at the beginning. This allowed them to focus on the work rather than figure out what we wanted. For over 4 months they dedicated themselves to this 100% remodel of the interior. We purchased a number of fixtures and specialty items which they installed, making project cash flow easier for both of us. We worked closely through the various design choices for flooring, cabinets, fixtures, etc so there were few surprises. Like any project of this magnitude there were a few hiccups, but we never let those get in the way of the project. Their hours were not always 8+ hours a day, but for the most part this didn't create any issues for us as we were not living in the house during the remodel. After 6 months the project was complete and we're happy we went with Wades and would recommend them to anyone for a minor to major remodel."
