Worked me through what he was going to do before starting the work. Replaced the pipe and made sure the issue was fixed before leaving. "I scheduled an appointment on Wednesday morning with Doug, and a crew was working on a damaged main water line pipe leaking into a room in my finished basement by noon. Excellent and prompt response and service. The lead crew, Rafael, was very knowledgeable of the work, and his crew worked non-stop from 12pm-8pm; they worked thru a storm that was passing thru between 4pm-7pm.
