"Bryan and crew replaced a deteriorating, old sewer main with approximately 70 ft of new PVC. They arrived promptly at 9 a.m., with all necessary equipment and a crew of 4. By mid-afternoon, the new system was usable and the trench re-covered. Next day, they completed the installation, which included two new clean-outs, smoothed out the work area, and spread seed and straw to encourage grass regrowth. The cost was reasonable considering the amount of work required. The whole process, from initial estimate to completion was smooth and efficient with minimal downtime for drains. "Thomas arrived on time and worked efficiently. He was very nice and polite. He installed the new water heater and noticed something seemed wrong once the pilot light was not working correctly. He called the company and discovered that it had a defective part. Thomas removed it, returned it, and came right back with a new water heater which worked well. It must have been frustrating for him, although he was very professional. I can’t express strongly enough that I would definitely have him do future repairs if needed!! "
