"24 hour turn around from inquiry to install. Called four different companies in the area and Sweat beat the next lowest bidder's price by $100 and used American made parts. Great install by Robert, and good, friendly customer service, appraisal, and support by Ward, the owner. All around a great experience. Good people and quality work at a better than fair price. Would recommend for all AC needs."

"Very Professional and courteous. I am extremely happy with the entire process of having to replace both zones in my home with two new heat pumps."

"The service man responded quickly and had all of the parts needed for the repair. I will definitely use them again."

"Wonderful communication, on time and prepared. He was able to fix several important items that no one else wanted to mess with, built and installed a terrific closet system. He is SMART and PRACTICAL! He also is not afraid to tell you if a job is not within his scope of work. I am so grateful to have a place to hang my clothes, and a front door that no longer has a 12” broken frame letting all the cold air in. I am very happy and highly recommend Billy."

"Interior repairs and replacements included floors, doors, walls, and kitchen cabinets. Although the work began slowly with some delays, the TMI team met our expectations and ensured satisfaction. The Project Manager updated me regularly, the team's final cleaning was thorough, and all invoices were reviewed in detail. Everyone was courteous and professional throughout."

"Fantastic customer service and quality. We had an issue with our front door and they responded with a fix within a couple hours. And a fair price! Do yourself a favor, give them a call if you're in need"

"Very professional, found the issue and got my portable generator running like a top. Their ad and company logo is true."

"Mr. Craddock is top shelf yet down to earth- man of his word- friendly & HONEST! Can't say enough good things about this man personally & professionally. I have NEVER met an AC technician like him before & I'm an old man! If you are looking for someone to install or repair your AC this is the man to call. Top of the line."

"This is a RV roof top AC repair and service. No other company would consider repairing the unit. They would only replace it. It's been working great."

"Daniel and his helper were very professional in all aspects.  The work was performed exactly as discussed.  I was highly impressed with the great service and the work ethic displayed by members of the team.   Daniel has put money into the right equipment and it shows in the quality of the work.  By the way, his bid was the same as, or lower than, all of his competitors. I will use Daniel in the future whenever I need a first rate professional job! I highly recommend this company!!
