After receiving a call announcing their arrival, the company associate, Bert, promptly arrived at the scheduled time. He was professional, knowledgeable and personable. As I had multiple, what I considered to be small issues, I was fearful I would not be able to have all of them repaired at one time and that is would cost an exuberate amount but to my surprise, he repaired all in a reasonable amount of time and cost.
