"I called Watkins at 5:00pm to report that our air conditioner wasn't cooling.  I was told that all technicians were busy but they would call as soon as one became available.  Within 30 minutes a truck was in our driveway!!  The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part (capacitator) in his truck, and completed the service within 45 minutes.  Total cost, including after-hours service call, was $305.12.
The first time I called Watkins was in 2014 when a competitor (that I had used for semi-annual maintenance for almost 20 years!) told us we had a cracked heat exchanger.  The cost to repair was very expensive so I called Watkins for a complementary second opinion.  The Watkins' technician told me this competitor was famous for this heat exchanger "scam" and found no problem whatsoever this our system.  I knew then that I could trust Watkins and would definitely use them in the future.  Today was that opportunity and I have nothing but high praise for them!!

"Was having problems with my HVAC / heat pump. I didn't want to call the emergency number on a Sunday, but I saw I could schedule service online. I picked a date and time and received e-mail and text confirmation. Tech arrived on time and found multiple issues. It was a 17-year system, which they have worked on in the past. The next morning I receive a call from "Jake" from Wells, very courteous and prompt. Jake looked at the heat exchanger with a camera, he found no holes anything that looked abnormal. Jake than worked to free up the part that was "frozen " and kept the blower motor from working at  all. After Jake freed the part up and checked out the whole furnace. After turning on the furnace, everything kicked in as it should. Jake than checked for any carbon monoxide on his meter, with a zero reading after 10 mins. I was so thrilled.....they were honest and did what they said they were going to do, of course with safety in mind. I have a new carbon monoxide detector for safety's sake. Wells did not try to automatically sell me a furnace just because I have an older furnace. I know who I will call for any service or when I need a new furnace.

They completed the job in less than one day and even hauled the old unit away. When the initial inspection of the unit was completed, the technician discussed all of the possibilities with the repair. He was honest with me and suggested replacing the unit and the furnace as well while he was there. I like that when he gave me the estimate, both the technician and I signed it. "I was advised by another HVAC service company that I needed to replace the condenser motor and fan on our cooling system. I was provided an estimate in excess of $1,000. So, I opted for a second opinion. I contacted Kirk Wiesman at New Climate. Kirk evaluated the unit that same day and stated that it is difficult to predict when the motor may fail. With young children in my home, I prefer to error on the side of caution and wanted the motor replaced if I could afford to do so. Kirk stated that the fan was fine and did not need to be replaced. As promised, Kirk provided later that same day an estimate to replace the motor ($393). We agreed upon a date and time for the work to be completed. Kirk showed up on time and installed a direct replacement (original equipment) motor.  Kirk explained the charges, which matched the estimate.  Kirk also explained the warranty on this work."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
