This is the main reason I selected this company. On the day of installation, Josh and crew arrived on time and quickly got to work. The placed all sort of floor protection mats in my house and get the tear out done very quickly. As the tear out was happening, one member of the teams was taking care of the duct work changes in our attic. All in it was full day, but so far, two days later we are super happy. This summer we will really know if the 2-stage AC was worth the money for our needs. We are satisfied customers so far would recommend and would use them again."

"We got several quotes from local HVAC providers / installers. We felt the most comfortable with the salesman from Extreme One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and I got the best price from them which also included a 2-year membership in their Comfort Club (Spring and Fall service visits to check and tune-up my system). We were an all electric home until a couple of years ago when we added natural gas. When our 16-year old Trane heat pump developed problems this proved an ideal time to switch over to a gas furnace and air conditioner. We stayed with Trane as we were happy with our Trane heat pump. Because we have some space constraints and limitations for our new system, Extreme sent out their system designer the day before the installation to develop a creative solution that met our requirements and efficiently maximized the space with which they had to work with minimum impacts to us. The day of the install they arrived on time, were friendly but very professional and treated our home as if it was their own. They also took the time to answer my questions while the worked. Since it was bitter cold that day, they needed to be in and out all day, and we were without a heating system most of the day, they brought a heavy duty space heater to keep us from freezing until they were done. At completion, showed us how to use the new system including the new programmable thermostat, changing filters, etc. and they cleaned up everything and left our home better than they found it. They then submitted all of our rebate paperwork to Vectren and DP&L for us. We were very impressed with the whole process of buying and installing a complete new HVAC system. "It wasn't an emergency, so I didn't want to call after hours. I went online around 8pm and scheduled an appointment online. The next morning, they texted at 7am to say a tech would be there between 8 and 10am. Then the tech (Angie) called at 7:30am and said she would be there at 8:20am. She found the problem and had the parts on-hand to fix immediately. Then she checked other components (air handler and heat pump) to make sure heat and cool modes worked properly. "I was advised by another HVAC service company that I needed to replace the condenser motor and fan on our cooling system. I was provided an estimate in excess of $1,000. So, I opted for a second opinion. I contacted Kirk Wiesman at New Climate. Kirk evaluated the unit that same day and stated that it is difficult to predict when the motor may fail. With young children in my home, I prefer to error on the side of caution and wanted the motor replaced if I could afford to do so. Kirk stated that the fan was fine and did not need to be replaced. As promised, Kirk provided later that same day an estimate to replace the motor ($393). We agreed upon a date and time for the work to be completed. Kirk showed up on time and installed a direct replacement (original equipment) motor.  Kirk explained the charges, which matched the estimate.  Kirk also explained the warranty on this work."

"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
