"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I will hire 3rd Coast Cooling and Heating Services for every HVAC issue that occurs in the future. I was very impressed by my entire interaction with them. My first surprise was when the owner, Harold, called me within 20 seconds of my clicking the HomeAdvisor **Get Quotes** request. It was late in the work day, about 4:30 p.m., and I was hoping to get an appointment for someone to come within a week. My second surprise came when Harold said that he would certainly do better than that. I never expected or requested same-day service, but that is exactly what I was offered. Harold checked with one of his technicians, called me back, and said that Mitchell, the technician, would be at my house in about an hour; even knowing that it would be 5:30 p.m., or later. When Mitchell arrived, he diagnosed the problem quickly. He had discovered the issue in the attic, took pictures, and came downstairs to discuss the repair options with me. Mitchell was nice enough to speak to my son on the phone, show him the pictures and discuss the repair options with him, as well. My third surprise came when he was not irritated by the extra step, and never acted as though it was an inconvenience to do it. I appreciate his willingness to go out of his way to include my son in the decision-making process. I felt completely informed about options and costs, and I was very comfortable going forward with the repairs. I enjoyed working with 3rd Coast. Both Harold and Mitchell were cordial, pleasant, and professional. The final cost was what I was told it would be. There was no up-selling or any pressure at any time; and I was not even charged extra for after-hours service. For anyone reading this review, this is the company to hire. I cannot recommend 3rd Coast Cooling and Heating Services enough."

"PHILLIP WAS AMAZING!!! I was coughing, sneezing, and having nose bleeds from how bad my vents were. (The pictures below show how bad they were before Philip cleaned them up.) I had multiple contractors provide me with estimates and come to my home, but all of them tried to pull the bait and switch, just to up-sell. Philip is HONEST about pricing and willing to do whatever he can to help. I found out he’s also a Pastor, which further spoke to his kindness and honest nature. It’s covid and people are struggling...don’t waste your time and energy with these other crooks! One Air Care will take care of you!!!"

"A week before the job, Jorge came out and we spent the better part of an hour looking over my system. Jorge's estimate was one of  the most competitive and did not change from the final bill. He recommended new duct-work and I am glad I took his advice. Once my old duct work was laying on the driveway I was shocked and how old and nasty it was. We talked about air flow, and he recommended another return vent on the other side of the house. On the day of the install the crew showed up on time and
completed the job with no issues. Jorge came out to check on the crew's progress and I asked if we could put a vent in our laundry room. We had discussed it on his first visit and I decide not to. I had changed mind after watching how professional his crew was. Jorge said "No problem we can do that. " This review is over a year old and we have had no problems or call backs. We are just as pleased now as we where when the system was installed. My electric bill has dropped sixty dollars during the summer months. If I have a heating or AC issues in the future or need a new furnace Master Mechanical will be the company I call.
