They were running about 30 minutes late, but they did communicate it with me, so it wasn't a big deal. They did an awesome job, and communicated with me on the progress while they were working. Since my insurance would not cover it and had to pay out of pocket, they worked with me on the cost. It took less time to dry my place and they removed less flooring than anticipated, which helped bring my total to less than quoted.
