"We received an e-mail from our realtor about ADT Authorized Dealer - Safe Haven's great services. Levi Ocampo was helpful with the available plans in our city and immediately booked us his next available appointment. He was friendly, professional, and went out of his way to help us get the right package for us. We managed to install the security system. We think, we also did a great job installing the security system. Anyway, Our overall experience for the start of our home security was excellent with these gentleman."

"We currently have ADT security monitoring and we purchased our package through local national retailer Protect Your Home. They have sales offices and installation branches all over the USA, and are the top Authorized Dealer for ADT. It’s great to finally have cameras inside and outside to keep an eye on things. ADT will dispatch police if the alarm is activated – which helps us feel much more safe than before we had the system."

"Needed a reliable and strong safe installed in my condo on 30th floor. Called alpha lock and key and within 2 days they delivered and professionally installed the safe. Drilled it into the ground no mess quick and easy. 10/10 would recommend."

"Super easy to self install and get started with service."

""What struck me most about Chris was his patience along with his professionalism. I had never used a private detective before and was a little nervous, but he took the time to answer all my questions and explain the process. He was extremely accessible and kept me updated on my case. If you want someone who is professional, courteous, thorough, and who gets the job done right, I highly recommend Chris and CSI Secure Solutions.""

"We like their service. We haven't had any problems. They are very good. This was the first time we've had an alarm/security system in our home. The supplier is ADT. I like that I can set my alarm every night before I go to bed."

"Protect America Alarm Systems are wireless home security systems that are so advanced and yet uncomplicated that the consumer can install all components to the system themselves. Tech support is provided which makes installation easy and very user friendly. The system is monitored and response to alarm signal is quick and nearly immediate. ( I accidentally set it off a couple times having forgotten that it was set when we left home). I've had a couple different systems in my homes over the years which were "professionally" installed; one was wired the other wireless. I install this myself with the help of tech support, I'm 65years old in good health but of course not as agile as I was a few years ago, but this system was a piece of cake for me to install. Every access to my home has been covered as well as some interior sensors. All of which have functioned flawlessly from day one!
