I have set the alarm off by opening the door without turning it off and they were right on top of it to call and make sure we were okay. I love it. I feel safe. The quality is good. We own our equipment so when we move it will go with us. We have 9 sensors that came with that plus the other one that will go off when you move around, the motion sensor. I have had no bad problems at all. They are alert and call right away to make sure we are okay. I have the key fob and also it is battery operated if the power goes out. It is wireless and I can program it from my phone."

"Asset Search - they didn't find anything in online databases, so unfortunately no help there. They recommended I dig through the target's trash to find bank letters. I did that and it was somewhat helpful. Social Security / Birthdate - they got it. Sometimes they don't answer the phones or hit deadlines they said they'd hit, but in the end they did complete their service, and due to my unsatisfaction for the asset search I was partially refunded, and am satisfied."
