"We just had a security system installed and have been using it for the past week. We absolutely love it. It is not just easy to use, but as a family with a young child we feel so safe. We recommend this system to everyone, and the peace of mind is worth every penny. I should also mention that the man who sold us the system was so nice and professional. He didn't try to sell us something we didn't need and he had us up and running in no time! So a special thanks to Marcos!"

"We were recently broken into and were looking for a security system. I called ads and listings all over looking for someone to get the system installed by Monday before I went to work as I didn't feel safe leaving the house alone without one. After many calls, it seemed like no one could meet my timeline. Finally I came across ADT Authorized Premier Provider, known locally as Protect Your Home group. I was set up with an appointment that day and the alarm was installed before I needed to go back to work! The loud siren and various cameras make me feel tons better now."

"Right from the start I had a good experience. I was fortunate enough to have Travis as my contact person and can't say enough about him. He was so pleasant and helpful from beginning to end. There were a couple minor mix ups along the way but I just called and Travis took care of it and made everything right. He definitely provided excellent customer service which unfortunately is very rare these days. The installation technician was also very pleasant and took his time making sure everything was set up correctly. I had to reschedule several times but they were very understanding and accommodating. I have and will continue to recommend them :)

"Well - they are a terrific company. Only reason I gave them a B for price is after I purchased I started hearing about 'simply safe' which appears to be cheaper."

"Went super well. Honest installer."

"We learned on a Friday afternoon that my husband needed a criminal background check in order to participate in an international program - that he was scheduled to fly out for on Sunday morning! We found many online providers that offered an "instant background check" service, but were hesitant to give his SS# to just anyone, so we came to Angie's List to see if any trusted providers were listed here. Upon finding CSI Secure Solutions, I called them directly, and Chris himself (the owner) answered the phone. He personally committed to get it done, and he worked with me directly to get exactly what I needed within the time frame required. He made a stressful situation very seamless and simple, and I recommend him extremely highly!"

"Install was professional and the quality of service to level that I expect. I highly recommend Joel and ADT."

"1205My daughter and family moved into a home that my husband and I purchased for them to rent.  I received a mailer regarding a security system that looked like a good deal.  The installer was early (a good thing) and started telling us about why they needed a system...but at the beginning he kept trying to get us to upgrade over what was offered in the mailing.
We did upgrade to the wireless system, but at every turn, he tried to "scare" us into upgrading the system by telling my daughter and her husband how there have been multiple break ins in the area.  He also tried to push upgrades by saying that intruders could come in while the kids and my daughter were there by themselves and/or at night while they were sleeping...even after multiple times we told him that they couldn't afford what he wanted them to purchase.  It would have been four "easy" payments of $312 over and beyond the installation and the $45 monthly monitoring fee.
At one time, when my son-in-law told him that they may later get some of the necessary upgrades through someone he knew, the representative told asked us why we didn't call his "friend" to begin with!  The rep got rather belligerent and said he could just leave at this point!
I understand that he would get a greater commission, but he was not very professional and even tried to get my daughter to upgrade the system by talking to her when I was in another room stating that "this is your house, not your Mother's".
I went ahead and had him do the regular installation and monitoring as originally planned since it would have been more inconvenient to reschedule some one else since I lived so far away and I wanted them to be protected now, but if I had the foresight, I would not have gone with this company!

"Jose and his staff did a great job installing my security cameras when the rabbit say that one of the cables he came out and did that work for free. One of the cameras went out. He came out and took care of that. He’s just all around. great person I would recommend him for your home security needs, and he’s loyal and honest"

"They system was installed for the basic, but anything that you wanted needed to be higher upgraded require alot of extra money for every upgrade.
The 36.99 monthly fee was for only if your system is connected to a landline. I didnnt notice that they charge me $44.99 until my 1st month fee. Thats when I was told that they charge $44.99 because the alram was connected to my cable line instead. I was unaware of the different charges. When tec came out he didnt show up to fix the corrected. Had to call the main company for the no show. So they schedule another appointment and offered 2 window alarms to fix the correction but my bill still is $44.99. Default is that since I didnt have extra money to upgrade to the Pulse, you dont know if you turn the alarm to your house properly. I called the 800 number and they cant tell either!
