"Very happy with the alarm and the company. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and low pressure. The installer did a great job installing and explaining the system and he even helped set up the app for our smart phones that lets us control the system from anywhere. Very handy if you forgot to set the alarm. 
One big selling point is the monthly monitoring cost of $35.00. Every other company we looked at was closer to $50.00. The monitoring is billed quarterly in advance and you do have to sign a two-year contract.
