"The equipment is easy to use, wether at the main panel, online or through the app. Tony has been very responsive to our post install questions. We also met with adt pulse. This is the real adt as opposed to an "adt authorized dealer".... The adt rep offered more equipment (a movable camera, smoke and co2 monitoring) for the same installation cost, but monthly monitoring was higher. Adt rep also mentioned that the majority of their bad reviews come from the "authorized dealers"... .either way we did not feel entirely comfortable with them."
