They work with 2 companies who have the highest ratings in alarm services. They offered no installation fee, no activation fee and state of the art equipment (which I researched!). "Nice installer, but he talked too fast as did my neighbor, in explaining codes and passwords, so my notes are not good enough for me to remember correctly. I'm worried I may do something wrong in using the alarm and have the police show up. The company sign out front looks good and my windows and doors are well marked. I called the company about something else, and got the idea the idea they would not be able to help me with this. So....take good notes and make them slow down with explanations."
