While Elizabeth wasn't on the actual installation team, she was a key team member in helping us discuss the financing of this project. She was fantastic and a true asset to this organization. The project manager was a wonderful salesperson, but left a little lacking in overall communication of project progress. I also wanted to note that Tipping Hat did cover the repair when the electrician had to unexpectedly put a hole in our drywall. It took some prodding on our part, but they did follow through. Finally, they did a wonderful job of the removal of our swamp cooler which was included in the price of the AC installation."

"The solar electric system is now installed and functional 5.5 KW Grid tie system. Standard Relewable sub-contracted much of the work, and I had to deal with several Standard Renewable people over the course of the project. I paid in two payments by credit card. They were very slow to make arrengements to take the second payment. There were several times when it was difficult to get response by email. I emailed several times to make the final payment, and could not get them to do so. The conduit in the Attic is run so that it crosses open space at head knocking height. Over all the system is installed and working, but lacks fine touches"

"Les and His company were on time (which I appreciated due to a tight schedule). They were very Prompt & professional. I called DMC services as soon as my daughter located the culprit of the leak. My hot water heater was cracked at the bottom of the cylinder. Les educated an advised us what to do in the situation. (We shut off the water to house an the shut off above the H20 heater. A shot vac to help clear the Waterford the laminate/ 10 towels an a couple box fans). We apprcieated Les and DMC services to answer the phone, advise us & be out at our house in the same day with installation. The installation of the hot water heater was very clean to the eye and works like a champ. Night and day difference between the response time of hot water from old unit to my new Rheem. As apart of the installation they gave us a free furnace cleaning and tuning. I doubled checked for debree- (because every contractor I've used doesn't clean up fully/ probably why I didn't leave a review for them). I'm Thankful to find a Hvac company where there work speaks for the quality of the company, DMC services. Would happily/highly recommend these Gentalman to anyone asking for Heating and air conditioning needs.
