"I had a new air conditioner, heater and water heater installed. Everything went so smoothly as usual with Estes. I always can count on Estes to be on time and polite plus do excellent work. Have used Estes for over 40 yrs."

"This pro did the job perfectly right. Exceeded expectations, he sacrificed his time coming after hours to install my new water heater. I am very pleased with his work and I highly recommend him."

"They came out to replace my water line. Punctual, super fair price and completed the work really quickly. Definitely recommend."

"Job went great. Will hire again if needed. I am posting the old vs new water heater installed. Professional, friendly, on time. They went the extra mile."

"Great! Mr. Parham arrived on time and diagnosed the issue immediately (clogged drain line and dirty condenser coil.) He performed the necessary repairs and the air conditioning was blowing cold in short order. I was pleased with price, which was less what I've paid for similar services with big name repair companies. I highly recommend AP Appliance Techs and will use again in the future."

"didn't go well; the 2 installers argued the whole time over how to do install -- both trying to prove the other one didn't know what he was doing -- I lost confidence in both of them from this bickering; they created a gas leak at the turn off valve which I didn't discover until after they left, when I called in the owner hollered at me; to their credit, they did come back out to fix gas leak at no charge; but the gas grill still doesn't function properly and provide the full BTUs that the grill claims to provide and I still am forced to believe the install didn't really get done properly. I need to call in another plumber to see what can be done.

"Fast and efficient. My shower works well again."

"Called several places for quotes and decided on G Force plumbing. Rob J came by on Jan 4th 2016 to initially install a 50 gallon electric water heater. I then decided during the install that I should go ahead and replace the gas water heater located in the basement as well since both were the same age. Rob made a call to have a gas water heater delivered to my home and installed two water heaters the same day. Rob was great and very professional. Fast forward to December 12th when I had my furnace tuneup performed by a Heat/Air company. The guy noticed that an expansion tank was installed in the upstairs water heater but not the downstairs. He suggested I contact the company that installed the water heater. I contacted G Force to ask if that was normal. Jamie had indicated that Rob may have thought that the one expansion tank was all that was needed due to how he thought the water lines were configured. Jamie did say that an expansion tank should be installed in by the basement water heater after describing to him the number of bathrooms we had at the house and where each water heater was located. Two nice guys from G Force came by five days later to install the expansion tank and finished the job within 20 min. Installed two water heaters and pressure reducing valve. Everyone I dealt with at G Force have been nice and professional. I will definitely use them for my rental properties."

"This is an excellent company to work with. They were able to install our units on the day we needed for a reasonable price. Their installers were professional and punctual. Would recommend."

"Gregory was the best! He was friendly, knowledgable and a hard worker. We originally hired Gregory to come and replace a hot water heater. His prices were so reasonable that we then hired him to do some additional plumbing work that we have been putting off for years. We have also hired him to install several new sinks and toilets in our 1942 home in order to make some necessary upgrades. When we put an additional onto our home in 2011 - 2012 we plan to utilize Gregory again for the plumbing work."
