"Ive been using this company for years, they’ve always been professional, honest, & dependable. recently our A/C stopped working, he was extremely dedicated to figuring out exactly what was wrong and getting it fixed so my family could have air conditioning again. He didnt just rush through the job he took the time to properly diagnose the problem & make sure everything was working the way it should. He also discovered several gas leaks in our basement that we weren’t aware of. He made sure the issue was addressed & replaced all of our gas lines, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing our home & family were safe. I also used this company for a major plumbing job that involved repairing pipes underneath our house & once again the work was handled correctly. Its hard to find a company you can truly trust, especially when it comes to plumbing, HVAC, and gas work. I used them for years I can confidently say they’re honest, knowledgeable, committed to getting the job done correctly!!"

"Installation of our system was top notch and professional. 6 months after installation of my system, the salesman, Scott, immediately responds to any questions or issues that I have. Their service is great and the quality of our water is remarkable. We are very pleased and can't recommend Orbit Water / Puronics highly enough!"

"We found Giant Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling here on Angie's List.  Doug scheduled a convenient time with us to replace our water heater.  He gave us a price ahead of time for his services and did not upcharge for anything.  He arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly.  He was very detailed in explaining everything and even gave advice on other plumbing topics where we had concerns.  The expense of our particular water heater was more than the average electric or gas water heater because we had the power vent model.  Our old water heater was a State brand and we were very satisfied as it lasted us for 12 years, and he replaced it with a new State model, so we were very satisfied with that as well.
We found out he also services furnaces and air conditioning so we will also request his services for them when we need them because we feel he is reliable, knowledgeable and professional.  We would recommend him to anyone looking for the services he provides.

"A regular furnace and air conditioning maintenance check on Wednesday, January 13 revealed that the heat exchanger was failing on our 17-year-old furnace.  There were other problems as well.  The condition was unsafe and we decided to replace the furnace and the air conditioning unit which had been installed at the same time, to take advantage of financial incentives and improved efficiency.  We've dealt with Homer Nine for many years, and they were willing to install the furnace immediately, on an emergency basis.  The day after the furnace check, January 14, they customized the sheet metal ductwork and installed a new furnace.  They came back the following Monday, January 18, they returned and installed a new air conditioning unit.  On every occasion, they were punctual and courteous, and described what they were doing.  They cleaned up completely.  This is why we've dealt with them exclusively for many years - a very professional company which treats its customers very well.

"We had initially planned to work with another company, but their technicians fell ill and the project was delayed longer than we could accept. Reviews of South Hills Electric were very good, so I contacted them to bid. The initial technician they sent out underbid the project and didn't fully review all our needs. I discovered the missing information on the bid (lesson learned: always review all the details!) the day before the work was to be done. I called the office and expressed my concerns. Donna sent Natalie out to review the situation that afternoon. The quote was re-bid significantly higher than the original. However, given the situation, they renegotiated a compromise. Natalie and another technician (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) came out on time the next day. All work was performed professionally, efficiently, safely, and completely. After they left, one GFCI outlet in the kitchen wasn't working. Natalie came back immediately and replaced the outlet. She was very thorough as she worked with all of our (very old) wiring, rewrapping, capping and grounding as needed. I feel so much safer and our new fixtures look great (we bought them, but they installed). I would certainly contract with this company again."

"The install could not have gone better. The technician was at my home at exactly the time given. My water heater is in a carpeted hall way and the technician was careful and considerate to ensure that carpet was not damaged. The installation took about 2 hours and when done, I would never have known the technician was in the home except that I now had hot water."

"Amazing job with the shower plumbing repair, shower fixture installation and tile repair. He even completed some additional plumbing/electrical work while at our place. Very thorough, honest and punctual! 5 stars!"

"I used this company to clean bathtub drains & install new shower heads & 2 bathrooms. They did a nice job - punctual."

"Services performed 06/13/2020. Early on a Saturday there was no heat in master bath sink hot water and we assumed it was the water heater. Bucci & son (the son & his helper to be exact) had been out to clean our drains two days earlier on 06/11/2020 (see my separate review for that) and we were so pleased I called them again thinking the thermostat on the water heater was bad because it was a relatively new water heater. It was a Saturday but Bob again sent his son that afternoon. It turns out he traced it to a minor problem at the sink and refused to charge me or take payment of any type. It has been a long time since I have experienced this type of quality customer service that used to be standard business practice and wanted to Bob, his Son & their Helper know how appreciated it is. I will refer them whenever possible and will request their services in the future when needed."

"Excellent. Main and 3 other shutoff valves were replaced along with shower handle."
