"The solar electric system is now installed and functional 5.5 KW Grid tie system. Standard Relewable sub-contracted much of the work, and I had to deal with several Standard Renewable people over the course of the project. I paid in two payments by credit card. They were very slow to make arrengements to take the second payment. There were several times when it was difficult to get response by email. I emailed several times to make the final payment, and could not get them to do so. The conduit in the Attic is run so that it crosses open space at head knocking height. Over all the system is installed and working, but lacks fine touches"

"The fellow who did the work was here promptly when the company said he would be, and got right to work. The company bills at fixed rates for the job, not by the hour, so the repair person could afford to take the time to talk to us about a number of things related to the job. I had already dug c.a. 18 inches down to the pipe and exposed the leaking section, so we saved a couple of hundred dollars for digging, which is billed by the yard of trench. The job was completed very much to my satisfaction, and our opportunity to talk with the plumbing tech was valuable to us. I built our house, and installed all the pipes and did a lot of the original plumbing over 25 years ago, so I'm neither ignorant nor incapable when it comes to plumbing, and being able to learn what I did from a master plumber was really very useful. I'm 74, and very busy, and wasn't eager to go mucking around in mud to fix a leak in a buried pipe at this point, but still do the lion's share of my own plumbing in our relatively modest and rural homestead.
My only issue with Roger's Plumbing is their pricing, which is rather rich for our lifestyle. The very slick  pricing and options presentation we received seems to have been designed by a corporate marketing department. Repair prices are set by the coupling pair, the yard of trench, etc. We were offered the option of a "membership" with them which would give us a modest discount on future repairs. While I'm sure the presentation and the prices would be appropriate for folks  living in a $500,000 home, they're really a bit out of our rather modest league. Had I used Roger's Plumbing to install the last hot water heater I installed here, the installation cost, based on their pricing, would have cost at least as much as the water heater!
This in no way should reflect on the work and the helpfulness of the fellow who did the work here, which was first rate. I can justify what I consider a exceptionally high price for the work as the cost of the education in contemporary plumbing skills, and other tidbits of knowledge, that we gained from working with him. Did we get our money's worth? The repair and the quality of service were outstanding, but I would definitely recommend that someone who's price conscious might want to shop around a bit more than we did.

On time, two polite and professional techs. There were two parts recommended for replacement, estimated cost: just under $300 if replaced that same day. If they returned at another time, there would be an added service call charge which makes sense. We passed on the “right now” repair, did some research and ended up having both replaced for less than $100. Even though we did not use AC Pros for the parts replacement, we are glad they diagnosed a potential problem.
