Based on the favorable reviews of other members, I called three providers at noon. Unlike the other two, owner Scott Martin returned my call within 20 minutes even, as I learned later, he was away on vacation. I explained my heater had burst and needed quick replacement. I brought up the possibility of installing a tankless heater. He asked about my household make-up and usage, and advised the extra expense would not be cost-effective. He is a Rennai Tankless dealer/installer! He said he might be able to get a technician available in 2 hours and would call me right back. He did, and we arranged for a 4 pm installation.

His tech, Michael called 15 minutes beforehand reporting a traffic delay and he arrived soon after 4. He was very professional and, working alone,  completed the removal and replacement by 7. He checked the connections, discovered a small leak, and fixed that. We had hot water that evening. Scott did not charge extra for an emergency call that ran over into the evening; and, he applied an additional discount for my having found him through Angie's List!

The next day I discovered another small leak, called Scott and Michael was there and had it fixed by 1 pm.

I can't thank Scott and Michael enough for their responsiveness and professionalism. THAT'S how to run...and grow... a business!

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

The service fee for just coming out to troubleshoot was inexpensive, which was greatly appreciated. "A very good experience overall.  The owner Scott came by on a Friday to give me an estimate for a standard electric as well as for a new hybrid water heater and any necessary additions needed due to state codes.  I made my decision that afternoon, and made an appt for Tuesday to have the standard water heater I selected.  Scott called over the weekend saying they had an opening for Monday had become available for the install.  I returned the call and accepted.  The install technician arrived Monday on-time and installed the water heater, hauled away my old one, and cleaned everything up in about 90 minutes.  A very professional company that I would recommend to anyone needing a water heater.

"We had concerns with our air quality and especially mold. Mr. Lindsay came out - one of the few who responded, and when I say responded - it was as if I was texting with someone - quick answers, no flip flopping - straight up and honest. He came out - found our issues, recommended what was needed and nothing more while also informing us how to take care of some things (outside this scope of work) in a cost effective and proper method. When we were cleaning out the crawl space I noticed the water heater was leaking. One message to Mr. Lindsay and he was able to fit that into the effort at an awesome price! They showed up exactly on time - took the exact amount of time he stated initially and put everything back the way it was when completed. His crew was courteous and professional as was he.
