Finally it reached a point that in was running continuously with little cooling. I called SRS and they responded Immediately. Within a couple of hours, Stacy had run some tests and had opened the unit in the attic. He showed me the coils were iced up and after the ice was removed he showed me where the coils had deteriorated and was leaking. It took a day to get the part needed and early the next morning they had the part installed and the unit running again. Additionally they checked the condensate drian lines and cleared them out and put in a drain pan that had never been installed properly. This is a very professionally run organization. Theywere quick and very clean and neat. I couldn't be happier. I feel that for all they did the price was more than fair. I can recommend them without hesitation."

"This company was just awesome. Everyone was so nice and professional through out the whole process. The owner inspected the water heater and sent his repairman Scott out to repair it. My work schedule is hectic but they worked with my schedule and had it installed on my day off. I did not see very many reviews for this company but please dont let that deter you from using them.
