"Everything went extremely well. We wanted to finally install central air to our older home, so we called around and got several estimates. The salesperson Tom Kelly, that came out was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and explained several options. After the estimates were done, we decided to go with Jimmy Gusky based on the reviews and the presentation Tom had given. The estimates from all the companies were somewhat all around the same price, And we didn’t want to go with the cheapest estimate. Initially we were only looking to have central air added onto the furnace, but on installation day, one of the installers brought to my attention that there were small cracks in the heat exchangers of the 20 yr old furnace. Based on the potential of the furnace leaking carbon monoxide into the house, it was decided to just replace the furnace and get a new HVAC unit. The two men that did the installation were very experienced and knowledgeable. The new system looks and works great. I supplied my own Nest thermostat and they installed that as well. Kudos to the two installers who definitely knew what they were doing and took pride in their work. Overall a very good experience and I would definitely recommend them"

"Within 24 hours of my posting the need to replace my water heater the work was done - very efficient and easy!"

"Very Good! Arrived same day to assess project needs. Returned next day to install new water heater. Very satisfied with work ethics and clean-up. Would definitely hire again!"

"Installation of our system was top notch and professional. 6 months after installation of my system, the salesman, Scott, immediately responds to any questions or issues that I have. Their service is great and the quality of our water is remarkable. We are very pleased and can't recommend Orbit Water / Puronics highly enough!"

"Great. Quick to get here. Worked ho*** ** a tough, 40 year old faucet replacement. I recommend"

"National water has done a great deal of work for us. When we bought our house in 2001 NWS installed our water purification system any water related needs. I highly recommend them & we will continue to use their services. My husband pays the bills so I'm not sure about the fees but they know what they're doing, professional, friendly & honest."

"Excellent company! My water heater stopped working on New Years Eve. Unfortunately, the water heater is behind my HVAC, so they had to remove the HVAC, remove the old water heater, install the new heater, and replace the HVAC. They did a perfect job. They also replaced the freon in my HVAC, because the prior repairmen didn’t add freon. In addition, they fixed the jets in my spa. The team arrived on time, displayed professionalism, and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely hire them again."

"It went great. Shawn picked up my water heater free of charge and showed up on time. I have an older home and the job presented lots of unexpected obstacles along the way. Each one was explained to me, handled professionally as well as successfully. If you need a plumber call Shawn. You'll be glad you did!"

"I felt I paid too much for the water heater, but I believed the plumber when he told me i needed a new one. That is not really the issue. When the gas valve on the water heater went bad (diagnostic light blinking) I tried to get them to replace it under warranty. I had to fight with them to replace the valve. Then they charged me double what another plumber would have charged to replace the same valve as the plumber that did the water heater was sick or something. I did not feel I was treated honestly."

"Kurt from American Home Services gave us a free estimate on mold remediation -- we have a small water spot that may have mold under it in our pantry from a leaky jug of water. He was extremely professional and helpful. He came to do the estimate within 2 days of my call, and was very honest and up front about the extent of the damage. He did not think we needed to do anything about it unless we really wanted to since it was so minor. He gave us some suggestions for how we could clean the spot ourselves to potentially get rid of any mold that might have been there, but he said that even if there was mold, it was very minimal. This shows his honestly because he could have easily told us that it was worse than it was just to make money off of us. I would definitely recommend American Home Services to anyone who wants honest opinions on a mold situation. Thank you!
