"Jimmy Gusky HVAC is truly as good as it gets. One of our AC units went down and through the warranty company found our way to Jimmy Gusky himself. Although out of their territory, Jimmy was willing to make the extra trip to diagnose the problem. He was very responsive to get our initial service call scheduled and determined the unit needed to be replaced, and we all know these units usually decide to break down only when pushed to the limit in the hottest summer months and we need AC the most. He did the legwork to get the warranty company to honor the recommendation and as you can see from the attached photo put in a much more substantial unit that is doing a fabulous job cooling the home. Add to that he actually had the unit and scheduled the install even before the warranty company approved the swap out. I that isn't one of the greatest examples of outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to exceed expectations, I don't know what is. Big thanks to Jimmy and team for their commitment to excellence!"

"Mr. Rema arrived on time Sunday morning to update my water heater. He installed an expansion tank, duct work and replacing the piping to the thermostat on the water heater. He did an excellent job and took his time. Mr. Rema also went to the local hardware store twice to pick up the material that was needed. The only reason I didn't give him an A was because he quoted me a price at the beginning and then went done on the price and then tried to go back up to the original quoted price. After talking with him he decided to keep the price at the lower amount that he quoted."

"Jiffy Plumbing was able to send a technician out the same day I called, which I really appreciated, given the urgency of the matter. Bawla came, assessed the work that would need to be done, took measurements and gave me a quote. The next day he came on time with the pipes and supplies and worked for several hours to replace all the old gas pipes going from the meter to the house. He went above and beyond and painted everything so that it would look nice, even the parts he didn’t replace. Afterwards he helped relight the pilots in the gas appliances inside the house. We had an issue later when the water heater’s pilot went out so we called him to ask about it and he was kind enough to come back to double check things on a Saturday night. We also received a follow up call from Jiffy asking how everything went. It was great dealing with Jiffy— the receptionist was courteous, and the technician was professional, competent and his work looks great."
