"They were quick to return my phone call and had a technician out the same day. He diagnosed the problem right away and contacted the water heater manufacturer to find out if we were still under warranty. We were, but the part had to be ordered, which took a couple days since the service call was on a Friday. Monday morning I heard back from them, the part was in, and they sent a tech to install it. It only took about 20 minutes to make the repair, and the hot water is up and running again. $225 seems a bit pricey for labor since the part was covered by warranty. But their work was great, quick; great punctuality, no complaints there.

"FABULOUS!! How would I review this company? First by saying honesty, integrity and Skill! This was the 3rd company I called to fix my refrigerator's water dispenser. The first company was unknowledgeable and dishonest: told me that 2 parts needed to be replaced in addition to a coil cleaning that would cost me around $500, and that is with their "discounts". I told the repair person since they were trying to obviously cheat me I would not use their service and escorted him out the door. The 2nd person was referred by someone I did not know, and I should have checked his reviews which were appalling and shocking. This person scammed me out of $100 and told me I needed a part which he did not have as he had done to many others. I finally called All Better Appliance and was I ever pleased!! Bruce came out to check out the issue; a great technician and extremely honest. He told me I did not even need to replace anything but reconnected my water filter housing. After what I had been thru with 2 dishonest companies I was so relieved that there are repair people out there with high ethics. Bruce was also a very nice person and animal lover which is always a plus in my book. Thank you "All Better Appliance Company". YOU ARE THE BEST!! By the way they are very busy since they are so valued, so do wait for them to make it to your home. Patience will save you a lot of money, grief, and get your issue resolved correctly the first time without ripping you off!"

"Josh gave me a choice of 2, 75-gallon water heater. One of which he claimed, you would warranty for 6 year and one of which you would warranty for 10 years. He claimed that both have an 8-yr. Manufacturer’s warranty and there recommended. I go war the six years, he was wrong. The tank you installed has a 6-yr. Manufacturer’s warranty."

This last unit was a 5 ton that lasted me almost 18 years - When talking w/ Robert he wanted to ensure that the size of the existing unit was accurate prior to replacement. He came over in his off time just to double check the ceiling heights and sq. footage and confirmed that we were good to go. I appreciated that level of detail versus other companies that would just "punch in an order" and worry about it later. He will not try and sell you on things you dont want or need and was great to work with to try and save me a few bucks. I remember the first house he installed an AC/Heating unit in, he said "I live in this town and will definitely see my customers in the same grocery store and restaurants and dont want people to have anything other than a positive experience doing business with me". That always stuck with me and I am happy to give him the business."
