"I had a clogged drain and needed to have the work done in the two days before I left on a three-week vacation.  The owner came out after his last job, although he said I didn't live in his service area.  (Checking the information online regarding service areas--Chandler was included, so I don't understand his statement).  Anyway, he unclogged the kitchen drain and gave me valuable information about the drain, the water softener, and the bad water that is provided in my area--Sun Lakes.  It is my understanding that Sun Lakes is part of Chandler.  Although he told me he usually does not service my area, he did offer to return if I could not find a suitable plumber.  
AN EXPLANATION OF WHY I WOULD NOT USE THIS PROVIDER IN THE FUTURE--only because he said I don't live in his service area and he would rather I find another plumber.

"Gerald from Reddi came out same-day when we had a gas leak that required our natural gas to be shutoff. He spent over 30 minutes explaining all of the options available to me - where to route the new pipe, what to consider about replacing the water heater, etc. He took the time to answer my questions and get educated. I got other bids, but so glad we went with Gerald and Reddi. He and Brandon were able to knock out our job in less than a day, and there was a lot of work to be done! Standard Relewable sub-contracted much of the work, and I had to deal with several Standard Renewable people over the course of the project. I paid in two payments by credit card. I emailed several times to make the final payment, and could not get them to do so. The conduit in the Attic is run so that it crosses open space at head knocking height. Over all the system is installed and working, but lacks fine touches"

He helped us remove the old water heater can came back the next day to install the new one. He was very efficient and left us with some great tips on how to maintain the new one.
