It happened 2 days before Christmas, and Hope, was super responsive and helpful to get the job done, as there were some challenges, due to winter with extenuating weather circumstances. They went above and beyond helping to keep my neighbors updated as my line required use of a mutually shared alley. Since then they have also installed a new water heater and water softener. "The water heater in a rental unit that I own finally bit the dust.  My tentant didn't have hot water (obviously) so I was in a hurry to replace it.  I purchased the deal on Angie's List Thursday night hoping that i would be able to call the next day and get it done the same day.  I called Mr. Rooter first thing the next morning and they were able to schedule me for the that evening.  They arrived on time and got right to work.  They even went the extra mile and rerouted the pressure release with PEX because of the odd configuration of the utility closet.
$879 for a new water heater with installation is obviously more than it would cost me to do it myself, but it's still reasononable.  I couldn't rope someone into helping me install a new one on such short notice on a Friday night, and this was an emergency.  Mr. Rooter came through, and I have no complaints.

"Great experience! We had a bad backup late last year from our sewer and it was recommended we have it looked at in the spring. Jimmy the owner came out personally and snaked the line and identified two places with issues. Within a couple days they had dug up our sewer line and fixed the problem - getting the grading the way it needed to be - and apparently should have been built originally and the builder neglected to perform the job up to code! They are also set to replace our HVAC soon as it needed to be moved in part of the excavation process and our old one was ready to be replaced anyway. Highly recommend!"

"Quickly after purchasing Angie's List deal, the owner called to schedule an appointment, which was a few days later. The installer showed up on time and quickly assessed the situation of my current heater and it's location. Due to my water softener partially in the way of the heater, he decided to remove the door to the closet instead of moving the softener, which saved him time and me money. After checking the dimensions, he was able to reuse my old heater stand, which I also appreciated. With the new water heater designs, he had to do some slight modifications to the copper lines to the house for proper fitment. After making sure there were no leaks, he reinstalled the door and checked to make sure it operated correctly. Overall, he did exactly as he said he'd do in the time allotted for the appointment. I will certainly call Simply Water again for any plumbing needs."

"Complete Comfort has really come in clutch for us three times in this past year. They had previously replaced our old water heater last summer, then in May we discovered a manufacturer defect that required the new water heater to need replaced. Complete Comfort performed the work at no cost since we were still within the warranty period. Fast forward to last week and the water heater was out again! The same day of the issue they had someone out and discovered a backup at the main sewer line was actually causing a substantial water leak that put out the pilot light in the new water heater. The very next morning they were out and cleared the line outside of the house and we were back to being completely functional. There aren't many more frustrating home repair issues than being out of hot water and Complete Comfort has now fixed that issue for us 3 times in the past year within 24 hours of each incident! Great company to work with and highly recommend!"
