They met with me within 2 to 3 days after my initial call to them.  I didn't choose this company since they only dealt with Trane and Rheem units. We chose to go with Carrier units which Lakewood Furnace & Air Conditioning uses exclusively.
I would recommend New Image Heating & Cooling if we wanted Trane or Rheem units.
