"Sales did an excellent job explaining the equipment and installation process. Informed me my returns were undersized and rectified during installation. Installation crew did a great job. My only complaint is the humidifier by-pass sticks out further into the walkway more than my old system with same size piping."

"Everything was perfect. I left a voicemail and he called me back within minutes. We discussed my problems and he understood my computer gibberish. He came to my house to pick up the laptop. He notified me that night about the cost of the replacement parts and length of shipping. He then contacted me when my computer was fixed. He delivered it to my house.

"It went great. Cogswell spent plenty of time trying to determine why we were not getting proper air flow upstairs. He reviewed the installation manual and was able to determine that it was because the unit wasn't properly set right for the proper air flow. He was then able to correct the problem. We're no longer sweating upstairs in our house. Great job."
