"Vince called me back within hours of my sending him a message through Angie's List.  Even though he does not list Montgomery County as one of his service areas, he was completely willing to help us out.  In my message, I had requested the work to be done onsite but Vince explained why having him pick up the generator and take it back to his shop to work on it would make more sense.  His charge for pick-up and delivery back to us was only $34.95.
When Vince came to pick up the generator, he was on time and was able to give me a ballpark cost for the work (which turned out to be very accurate).  He said that he could get it back to us in 3-4 days but I asked if he could do it faster as there was a snow storm predicted for the next day or so.  Vince agreed to a shorter time line and ultimately got the generator back to us within 1 day!  There ended up being no snow storm but we got our generator back in working condition - along with a booklet of care instructions, a copy of our invoice, and a service history form.  A few days later we received a hand-written Thank You card in appreciation of our business.  I can't imagine how the service could have been any better.  We will use Vince for any future small engine repairs/maintenance we have and highly recommend him and his services.

My experience with Supreme Window was excellent from the moment I called to get an estimate on replacing a broken window in the basement. I explained to Chris the situation and he was able to send a salesman to our house that night.  At this point, we had also decided to replace 2 very large windows in the bedrooms upstairs.  Albert showed up right on time and discussed the options with us which included very expensive laminate, which does not shatter when broken.  I was immediately interested in this for the bedrooms because there are very large trees behind my house and I am always concerned with them breaking the windows.  Albert took a look and explained that the laminate was not necessary b/c of the large overhang we have protecting the windows.  We really appreciated that he did not push a very expensive product on us.  In the end, we chose laminate for the basement, but that was totally our decision.  We took a chance based on the great reviews on Angies List and did not get other estimates since we were in a hurry to replace the broken window, so we signed a contract that night.  The windows were ready about 3 weeks later.  Chris called to let us know they were in last night, and we were able to have Eric come out today to install them!  The installation went very well and they took their time to make sure they were well caulked and in properly. They cleaned up afterward and also made sure we knew how to open/close/lock and lift off for cleaning.  There was one tear in a screen and they will be back tomorrow to get that screen replaced right away.  We are very pleased with the overall experience with Supreme Window and Door.

"Pleasant experience from start to finish. The estimate was very detailed & showed the estimator listened carefully. The office staff were very friendly and responsive with executing the contract. The crew was efficient & thorough. We are very particular and they ensured we were happy with the finished product. It's difficult to find reliable and reasonably priced contractors and Summerland will be our go-to going forward for all gutter, roofing, and siding needs. "I have never had gutters on my home, so when Gutter Guys visited to do an estimate, they needed to look at the entire home, front and back. They gave me several options including only having the front of the home done, or having the entire house done in normal gutters. They also gave me prices for the cadillac of gutters which has the "GutterGard" which leaves no need for cleaning out the gutters. The idea of climbing a ladder a couple times a year was not inviting, and once they shared a payment plan with me, I was sold. They did the estimate and came back on the day they promised and on time. The work was done quickly, but very efficiently. They showed me what they were doing and how the installation would be done. Once finished they cleaned all their mess up and left me with great looking gutters! I would highly recommend the Gutter Guys!
