We have had a very bad couple of weeks, with loosing a freezer full of food, and our septic line breaking just a couple days before this treatment system install! We were worried to death fore sure, that something wasn’t going to go right, but in fact, this entire service was a complete pleasure. I cannot thank each of these individuals enough for their service and politeness. I am sure this is a testimony to the quality of Purfect Water Solution itself. "Fabulous! We needed our water conditioner serviced and other company wouldn't touch it because they didn't install it and just wanted to sell us a new one. Rebecca scheduled us for the following day! Steve Venditti was great, has 20 years of experience and knew what he was doing. He spoke with the manufacturer and they decided what needed to be done. He had the parts on his truck and 4 hours later the job was done. $500 included parts and labor and service call. Very fair price and excellent service. Totally professional. Highly recommend."

"Though contracting/consultation was secured through Trident Water Treatment, the company Kel Tran Water Treatment completed the installation. The Technicians were well-equipped and experienced to complete the installation. Great Job !!!"

"TL;DR: Work remains incomplete. Commitments made by Haven H2O were not fulfilled. We chose this company based on strong reviews and a competitive estimate for replacing our whole?house water softener system. The contract was signed and a deposit paid in December 2025. Installation in January 2026 included materials, equipment, and labor. The brine tank was to be replaced, but Joe did not have it on?hand and said he would return to install it. He also said he would remove the old tank. Neither has occurred. Water softener tanks are not accepted by trash services and are considered hazardous material, creating added disposal burden. Beginning in March 2026, I texted Joe requesting removal of the old tank. ? Mar 4: ?I can get it next week.? ? Mar 12: ?I will be out there next week.? ? Mar 19: ?Trying to get there today or tomorrow.? A voicemail on Mar 30 received no response. Payment was made per the contract, but the work remains incomplete."

"The first photo shows the bath water before the filter was installed. It looked like someone had poured iced tea into it. Next is the newly installed filter. The next one shows how the hours-old first stage filter has already turned from white to brown from the nasty stuff in our local water. Last is the clear water in the bathtub the next day. I’m impressed. "

"Overestimated the time to complete an 9 hr job by scheduling a 16 hr window (2 guys x 8 hrs) and charged for 16 hrs regardless. I'd imagine they did the same for the materials, 60 feet of duct needed but they quoted 200. Got the job done, but probably twice the price of what it should have been."
