Otherwise wait time is usually 3 to 7 days for assessment then more time for actual work. The repair services have done exceptional work. One service was rescheduled 3 times by company for assessment only.. took another 2 weeks for parts and repair. Another company made instant assessment and repair. Usually $65 for service fee. AC system was replaced with a known brand, but I still had out of pocket expenses of which I was notified ($650). Lousy call center outside US...scripted. Very frustrating trying to explain issues and understanding replies. Companies hired by CHW did exceptional work. No complaints other than scheduling. Will investigate other companies when contract expires."
