"It went very well. Ross and crew showed up early and did a major repair to all the main bathroom fixtures where a leak was discovered behind the bathtub wall. The work was done in half a day with minimal disruption to the bathroom itself. There was less tearing up than expected and water pressure restoration was a bonus. "Steve and his crew were excellent. They tried to be out the same day I called (Thursday), but a previous job went longer than expected, so they agreed to come out on Friday afternoon at 5:30 pm. They showed up right on time, removed the old water heater and promptly installed the new one. I actually had to leave town on Thursday, but my roommate was there to let them in Friday; Steve called me periodically with updates and kept me informed every step of the way. Great job, excellent service."

"The team of four guys worked very hard over the course of two days to do all of the above work.  They were professional and explained everything to us.  The used tarps and cleaned up after finishing each day.  In addition, two different supervisors stopped by multiple times over the two days to check in on the progress of the work.
