The work areas were left clean. Charles explained the install and systems to me before leaving. New A/C seems to be working great. Heat hasn’t been used yet. McCrea handled the permits and product registrations. Gwyn communicated with me promptly after the install regarding both."

"Although they provide a time frame for service, frequently they are late or have to re-schedule. When ARS installed my furnace, they provided a humidifier as well. However, the humidifier is not included in the maintenance contract, and any work or filter change on the humidifier is extra. The cost is almost as much as the maintenance contract. They used to answer the phone asking how they could provide exceptional service. No longer do they ask that. Makes sense, because they do not provide exceptional service. Also, the technician seems to want to convince you to buy additional equipment, which may or may not be needed."

"Matt, Paul and Jonathan arrived on time ready to work. They explained what they were going to do and started by insuring our house would be protected from removal of the old system. Everything that Fred Ouellette explained during the estimate visit a month earlier was right on. after the installation they took the time to explain the new thermostat until we were comfortable with operating it. After they left, I took one more look around the house and noticed they forgot to put putty around the opening of the house were the pipes and wire entered. i thought no big deal i'll just get some and do it myself, about an hour later, Matt rang the doorbell and said he saw the putty in the truck when he got back to the office and on his way home from a long days work stopped by to finish the job. Honest hard working people."

Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review.
